It’s been one week since I’ve made the transition from Vegan to Fruitarian.
I feel amazing, I have constant energy. I’ve honestly never felt this way in my life. I stick to mono fruitarianism.
That moment when you try on your favorite pair of pants and they no longer fit!
…then you realize you have no more clothes that fits well.

Just mapped out my fitness routines for the week. Today will be tough.
Pushing through everyday inspires me for the next to come. Never stop training. Train hard. Love your fitness body.
Two workouts, Seven days a week. Military life coming soon.
& For those of you who are interested: I run twice a day, do yoga everyday, I’m starting Insanity again (6x a week), my Army training for 45min in the morning, & when I can sit ups & push ups (I push myself to my limit).

My days are all mixed up because I’ve been kind of cheating at night..that’s when I’m really hungry but oh well. I did great yesterday! Fell asleep early, didn’t eat anything fatty. yay me!
I stepped on the scale this morning and I was 165.8 which means from yesterday thats a total loss of 1.8 pounds! Pretty good..
I ate breakfast today..oops I forgot you’re supposed to skip that meal. I’ll skip dinner instead. I needed my breakfast for fuel for my workout soon. Bad news, I’m already up to 300+ calories.

Okay so today was supposed to be the start of phase 2 and I was doing reallllly good until dinner time came around.
I ended up going out with my sister for some bonding time. We seen two movies at AMC and I couldn’t resist getting a pretzel. I don’t feel bad about it though because I never buy food when I go out so it was a treat for me. Oh well.
I weighed myself this morning at 168.8 , since I started taking the drops that’s a little less than two pounds I’ve gained so I’m okay with that.
I need to go grocery shopping. Oh for anyone who has done this…can I eat nuts? because I’m vegan so I need something for my protein substitute…what can I have?

The day has come to an end. My stomach is hurting. I’m pretty sure I ate way too much today..well more than usual. I weighed in at 167.8 today, which means I havent even gained a pound lol.
I’m not sure if that’s good or bad but I have been ‘loading’. I’m excited for tomorrow.
